Dawn Wallin

Principal

Dawn is a Principal and Data Services Manager at Cirdan. She has over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and management of data warehousing and analytics systems. Her areas of expertise include X12 data file content and management, encounter data for both Medicare and Medicaid, and data warehouse management for analytics applications. Dawn’s leadership has been instrumental in enabling Cirdan clients to achieve high rankings for encounter data accuracy and completeness.

Prior to joining Cirdan, Dawn was a senior developer for Deloitte Consulting.

Dawn earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Bethel University (formerly Bethel College) in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
