Beth Kinderman, Cirdan 

Beth Kinderman is a data analyst with Cirdan Health Systems and Consulting, an HMA Company. Beth contributes to Medicare and Medicaid encounter data submissions, data loading and data warehouse management. She also provides project management and scheduling support. 

Beth has nearly a decade of experience working at Cirdan. Before joining the data services team, she worked as an administrative assistant. Prior to this, she was an adjunct professor of Spanish at Concordia University – St. Paul. 

Beth earned her master’s degree in Hispanic linguistics from the University of Minnesota and her bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from St. Olaf College. She is a notary public and is fluent in Spanish.
